The McKinley School is envisioned as a vibrant adaptive reuse of an existing 1902 four story school into a mixed-use development with eateries, brewery, and loft style residences. Located in the Sprague Union District, the McKinley School will bring much needed housing to a burgeoning Spokane neighborhood.
